2022 Highlights
It's time to recap some of the progress made in the past year. Our organization continues to grow, while significant improvements are being made to our applications.
1. biGENIUS 7 release
Main features in the biGENIUS version 7 update include branching-merging versioning feature and precompiled templates to further enhance your data automation workflow.
2. We have 3 new executive team members
Oliver Haidutschek has joined biGENIUS as our Chief Operations Officer and UX architect in January 2022.
With over 20 years of experience in design, his primary goal in developing the solution is to make the application as user-friendly as possible. Simple and straightforward and easier to use for end users even if they have no technical background. In his function as COO, all development processes are analyzed and optimized. With the product management board established, all relevant aspects of the application orientation are regularly discussed. The output of this board goes directly into the roadmap for the cloud application, where all features are broken down into user stories and sprints and edited in an agile way.
Thomas Gassmann has joined biGENIUS as our Chief Technology Officer in October 2022.
Thomas has extensive experience in helping organizations migrate their applications to the web and to the cloud. He has published professional articles and presented at various tech conferences internationally such as Developer Week, Web Developer Conference, and BASTAcon. Working remotely in Zurich as our CTO, Thomas will be overseeing the development of our new SaaS application.
Elisaabeth Auer-Singer has joined biGENIUS as our Chief Financial Officer in October 2022.
Elisabeth has over 12 years of experience in finance and controlling and is currently based in Vienna. She will primarily be providing guidance in business decision-making to help with the further development and growth of the company.
3. biGENIUS SaaS
Much progress has been made in the development of our new SaaS application, which will be the data automation solution for data engineers and data teams. Stay tuned for announcements in the coming year!
